Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. Items may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt excluding Shipping Charges. EyeDocShoppe.com will not accept any returns after 14 days of delivering your product. Simply follow these Return/Exchange Instructions & Guidelines to return your package.
EyeDocShoppe.com can only accept returns/exchanges that were purchased on EyeDocShoppe.com.
Within 14 days of receiving your Nonprescription order, you may return any item shipped in its original packaging by EyeDocShoppe.com for 100% full credit or refund excluding shipping charges. Also you can Exchange the product to other items carried by us provided meeting the under said Guidelines & the following circumstances:
- Item should be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
- If the Item was received damaged or defective on delivery to your door step.
- Incorrect item was shipped.
- We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error.
-Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 5-7 BUSINESS days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
-Certain Collections (Blinde Eyewear, Tag Heuer Eyewear, Beausoleil Eyewear, Daniel Swarovski Eyewear) are exchange only for manufacturer defects.
These brands are FINAL SALE.
Prescription Items:
Prescription lenses are non-refundable.
If we determine that our lab made an incorrect pair of lenses for your glasses, we will re-make them at no charge ( you should ship the entire purchase back to us with an RMA#). We will e-mail you a shipping label to return the product and re-send your prescription free of charge.
However, if the prescription was the error of the Doctor, and he rewrites a new prescription. A remake of the lenses will be charged at a 50% discounted charge.
Example: 1st prescription set of lenses was charged $59.00 --Doctor Error--2nd set of lenses $29.50 charged to your account.

A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item(s). Contact us for information regarding where to return or exchange an item.
