Returns and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We thrive in achieving
perfection when it comes to your order. We guarantee 100% accuracy on
prescription and contact lens orders and will replace your lenses free
of charge if they are not according to your doctor’s original
prescription. Doctor’s prescription changes will be credited at 50%
towards the purchase of new lenses.
Exchanges:
We offer a one-time exchange only policy on the return of any eyeglass
or sunglass purchase made within 14 days from the day the product was
received by the customer. Prescription lenses are final sale, but if
you wish to purchase new lenses, we will credit 50% of the original
lens price towards the cost of new lenses. An additional $7.95 will
apply to all exchanges to cover shipping costs. Before exchanging any
item, please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by
contacting us at via e-mail at: returns@interneteyeweargroup.com. We
will respond to your request within 24 hours with the RMA #.
Defective
exchanges and incorrect products received will be exchanged at no cost.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your product so that we
may issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a
complimentary shipping label.
Please include in your
boxed return a copy of your invoice, best day time telephone number,
what you want to exchange your item for, and the RMA# written on the
invoice as well as on the outside of the package,. Packages which do
not include an RMA# will be refused. Please ship exchanges to the

Returns:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your frames you
may return them within 14 days from the day it was received. Refunds
will be issued within 7 business days from arrival date at our office.
Non-defective products that are returned and not exchanged will be
charged a $12.95 return fee per item returned. The buyer pays all
shipping costs back to our offices. If there was a shipping fee paid at
the time of purchase, the full amount of the product purchased will be
refunded.
SPECIAL DESIGNER LINES WHICH INCLUDE BLINDE, TAG HEUER, TOM FORD, DANIEL SWAROVSKI, AND BEAUSOLEIL ARE
FINAL SALE. THEY MAY ONLY BE EXCHANGED FOR THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT IF MANUFACTURER DEFECT OCCURS.
Before returning any item, please obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting us at our e-mail address: returns@interneteyeweargroup.com.
We will respond to your request within 24 hours with the RMA #. Items
returned must be in their original packaging without any signs of use.
Any returned products which have been worn, damaged, or not in their
original packaging will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to the $12.95 per item return fee.
Returns
must be made within a 14 day period of receipt. Any returns made after
a 14 days period will be charged the 20% restocking fee in addition to
the $12.95 per item return fee. There will be no returns on any
products after 30 days from the day or delivery.
Please return
products via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any means or delivery which provided
delivery and signature confirmation. We cannot and will not be
responsible for any packages lost in transit to us.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy:
You receive the same warranties we receive from manufacturers and
suppliers, allowing you full advantage of the warranties available.
Also please note discontinued products do not have warranty therefore,
any product purchased that becomes discontinued before warranty period
ends will have its warranty voided. Every manufacturer provided
different warranty policy; please contact our customer service for
further details on specific brands.
